COACH

Did you know that public speaking is one of people's top fears?  I have even had a seasoned actor tell me that playing a character is one thing but being himself in front of a group of people is something totally different.

Some even say that they are more afraid to speak than they are to die.  As my colleague, Chris Scheeren says, "That means that more folks would rather be the subject of a eulogy than deliver it."

Not good, especially if you are asked to say a few words at that family gathering, at work or wherever a group needs someone to just say something.

Why is public speaking important?  It teaches us:

  • How to organize our thoughts,
  • How to manage stress,
  • How to communicate effectively in other areas, namely writing and body language,
  • How to communicate our leadership skills,
  • How to confidently engage people personally and effectively, especially in those important meetings and job interviews and
  • Most importantly how to give ourselves that much needed attitude adjustment.

You can use this underestimated yet critical skill to help you be the best person you can be.

It starts with, you guessed it, A FREE CONSULTATION!

We will then break down where you need the most intensive training and go from there.  During my speaker training you will learn:

  • WRITING
  • PREPARATION
  • DELIVERY

We will also work on sharpening those tools which are the building blocks of effective public speaking:

  • Projection and Inflection
  • Eye Contact
  • Movement
  • Articulation
